What to Eat and Avoid

Start each morning with a detox ritual: 500ml water, lemon, and pink Himalayan salt to improve hydration and digestion. Avoid grains (wheat, bread, maida), legumes (kidney beans, lentils), dairy (milk), processed foods, sugars, alcohol, and coffee. Instead, consume vegetables (except nightshades), protein sources like eggs, poultry, seafood, paneer, tofu, healthy fats (olive oil, ghee, coconut oil), fermented foods, bone broth, and herbal teas.

The weekly meal plan includes detox shakes for breakfast, high-protein meals like quinoa salad and khichdi for lunch, snacks such as Greek yogurt and roasted makhana, and light dinners like soups and grilled proteins.
